Drawing from his work as a teenager at The Seafood Express in Trenton, New Jersey, Chef Troy has always dreamed of sharing his Southern and Caribbean-inspired dishes with those here on the West Coast. After moving to Los Angeles in 2012, Chef spent a decade accumulating the skills and savings necessary to turn his dreams into a reality. The Seafood Shack SoCal is now run by Chef and his wife. You’ll come to see we’ve perfected some of the best grilled and fried seafood recipes around -prepped, cooked, and served to you from our humble mobile kitchen.
